Yes it does. If people are saying they are having a bad experience, they are. Period.
Because, I am bored and I WFH.
Then why post? You aren’t normally like this? Someone pee in your cereal this morning?

why would a nerf to concierge be bad for mage…they dont run the card in their decks
IDK what is up with him in this thread. It is like a completely different person is posting on his account.
No, it’s ilke you’ve finally seen who he is.
The only thing he considers is his personal experience - rejecting proof that doesn’t fit that narrative.
My guess is whatever he’s playing matches up well to it, then he will reject any other experiences as invalid.
You and I have the intellect to understand that there are multiple factors involved beyond one deck and one player.
I will be a bit more charitable and say he only cares about top legend play. When I do my posts about getting to legend each month and my analysis of the meta I take into consideration how the game plays from around platinum - Legend. I would say top legend play does not apply to like 98% of players. So, I do not cater my thinking to just the feelings of the 2%.
As is your prerogative, but he argues with top legend players just the same.
It’s the famous case of you’ve brought the horse to the troth, but from there it’s the horse’s issue.
Dunno what your past experience with him has been, but Altair has never been the most easygoing, selfless or agreeable poster around lol
He still often makes good points when it comes to the meta tho.
I have played the game since Beta and have less than 200 posts. I do not spend much time on here lol.
I saw a druid spamming ALL of their deck drinks and whatnot on round ~4 and practically winning the game at that point, about 8 or 10 spells at least.
If you think that’s good gameplay you were playing that druid.
Bingo! The only people who think theres absolutely nothing wrong with these broken combos are the ones abusing them
They know they are broken and dont want Blizz to notice so their solitaire playstyle isnt affected.
Skill. Pfft.
Like Lamplighter rogue its a race to draw fast and get the combo online, field doesnt matter, your opponents health doesnt matter. All that matters is your fast draw to get a hand full of 0 cost spells (drink druid) or 1 cost Lampys (lamp rogue)
The fact that last night i had a field of 5 minions with them in check, and 40 health. And got field cleared AND lethaled is a major freaking problem
I agree, don’t nerf anything.
The people who play this game will continue to play it even if you were dying on Turn 2. The only change would be their threads about the state of the game being broken would auto-replace “mah dying at Turn 4” with 2.
As long as someone is actively playing while complaining, they are actively supporting the state of the game. The only action that matters here is inaction.
Perhaps only pushing the game to its limits will make people stop playing, though I doubt it. Some will continue playing and complaining no matter the state of the game. It’s addiction.
combos like this just make me sad that we emergency nerfed exca. warlock… which didn’t have lethal outs til at least turn 8
Giving Conceirge a pretty reasonable “not less than 1” fixes this, but I also think Seabreeze being a 2 mana deal 3 is a reasonable change too. Maintains the card’s power, but reduces it’s combo-ability.
I know at least one deck which does - Drunk mage
It’s the one with pally 1-cost spells, Raylia and Sea Shanties
If there’s none other, give it time, there will be
