Bought tavern pass Tuesday, have received nothing. Game says I bought it( it won’t let me buy another one ), but it won’t even unlock rewards track.
Are you sure the tavern pass was supposed to have immediate rewards?
Some rewards aren’t awarded until you reach certain levels on the season rewards track.
Can’t get the level 1 xp boost. Says locked. I haven’t received any of the following, but they got my money.

I’ve never bought a tavern pass, so I don’t know how it works.
When you buy it, are you supposed to get the rewards immediately? Or do you have to go somewhere in your account settings to “claim” or “activate” the pass rewards?
You have to go to the Rewards Track screen and click the rewards above the dotted line for all Rewards Track levels you have already reached.
(Basically the same method used to claim the “free” Rewards Track rewards)

The 10% xp bonus is at level 1 on the track, and everyone starts at level 1, so it can’t be a level requirement issue.
Correct. But it is still possible that OP is now aware that he needs to click the reward on the Rewards Track screen to collect it.
He said “Can’t get the level 1 xp boost. Says locked.”, so presumably that isn’t the problem.
You are right, I had overlooked that.
