Again, I was being ironic, I wasn’t actually making a serious attempt. Just making fun of cards like objection, which I think shouldn’t have been printed.

Khadgar’s Tome of Secret Knowledge
For the rest of the game, after a secret has been triggered, at the end of that turn recast a Temporary copy of the same secret. Can only be used once in a turn, and this spell cannot be cast more than once per game.
Essentially it give every secret an extra turn to be triggered again, however since they are temporary copies they will not last beyond their extra turn. Cant have infinite Counter Spells or infinite Ice Blocks etc. But first turn they have to test and bait out what they think the secret is, and if they do manage to trigger it, even tho they know what it is for their next turn, they still have to contend with it or pass up their turn to let it go away.

Maybe so, but the truth is that you could completely remove the “counter it” part and the card would still be played. “After your opponent plays a card, end their turn.” Easily a 3 mana value.

There absolutely SHOULD be a legendary secret, and it already exists, it just needs tweaks:
Ice Block

Cost: 3M
Secret": When your Hero takes fatal damage, prevent it and become Immune this turn. Once per game.

Many of the (Wild) Mage nerfs would also be reverted with this change. SA back to original, for example.
Degenerate combos are fine in wild. Degenerate combo’s while being unkillable are not.
Blizz should address the actual problem with mage in wild. Ice Block!
Ice Block is one of the slowest cards in the game. In order for it to do anything you have to take lethal damage in order for it to do anything. It being nerfed would only make the game faster.
Sure bring back that one weird red secret Akazamzarak used to have before he got reworked that summoned demons on an empty board.
Or remake eye for an eye to wait to trigger on the lethal hit against you so it could (potentially) get maximum damage out of it

Once per game, whenever your hero would take fatal damage on your opponent’s turn, instead your hero becomes immune til the end their turn, and deal double the damage to their hero instead.
