Do the rewards from different ranked ladder stack?

So if I get Legend in standard and wild, will I get double the rewards if only I got Legend in Standard?

Nope. You get your highest reward at the end of the month from across the formats.

So then how come I am Platinum 1 in Standard, but when I reached Bronze 5 in Wild the game said that I got a rare card added to my chest?

Because that’s what happened to your wild rewards, but you will only get your highest reward at the end of the month among standard, wild, and twist.

Unfortunately not. Grind whichever format you like the most.

And DO NOT grind the other ones so you can play off meta fun decks and not feel like a meta slave.

Thats kind of dumb. There is no reason to play the other modes if you can’t farm rewards. Does Blizzard want to people to only play 1 ranked mode and the occasional Battlegrounds?

Well there’s a lot of reasons why people don’t play Wild but the main reason is balance. Most people can be incentivized to grind a single format if it’s fun enough and to see if they can hit legend or at least diamond, but Wild is so not fun that it’s dead because the balance (or lack thereof) makes it borderline unplayable

Twist IMO was created as an alternative to Wild but a lot of newer players don’t like it because Blizzard won’t provide a complete card pool free of charge (this is honestly a ridiculous complaint – no card game company does this just so people can play alternative formats) AND this current season is pretty unliked because it’s not really what people had in mind for Twist.

Previous Twist formats weren’t super well received either because instead of being an equivalent of a custom curated cube, it was mostly just rehashed historical formats which IMO is fine as an introductory to the format and far too harshly criticized but eventually it needs to stop being a revision of historical formats and honestly maybe they just need to throw random sets together for a Twist format and let the players figure it out.

Anyway, by process of elimination Standard is by default the most popular format. Also, unlike WOTC, Blizzard doesn’t give any of the alternate formats ANY sort of product support. We did get that one for Twist which was admittedly pretty awesome but if they’re going to continue supporting Twist in the future, we need MORE product releases centered around Twist.

Does Blizzard at least balance the Twist decks from time to time? If so, then I don’t see a problem with keeping twist decks the same since introducing new decks would only break the balance. If anything, a format with pre-designed decks would benefit the most from fewer changes outside of balances.

Sadly not, I was curious myself why it’s done that way. It seems they aren’t intrested in people playing their game more then in one mode.

Actually Twist mode changes completely, well first it goes dark then it comes back, and will not be prebuilt decks the rest of the year( unless they don’t follow the schedule they already gave us).

Slightly off topic, but why doesn’t your place on the ladder in each format translate to the same star multiplier? For example, I finished mid gold on both standard and twist, I got a x8 multiplier in standard, but just a x4 multiplier in twist.

Yes.

or more correctly they do not want you to feel that you need to grind multiple modes.

That might be what they want but that’s not what happens. More people play BG’s and then occasionally play ranked ladder in standard.

If you got rewards for each mode of ladder players would be very angry at the ones who had the time to play each mode and get the rewards. It would be an unfair advantage for playing so much as it pertains to your collection.

The highest possible reward from all formats of Hearthstone is not having to PLAY any format of Hearthstone. XD
Yay for rerolling all quests to complete in BG’s >.>
