Title says it all. Was a little unsure of how this part of the mechanic would work. If anyone knows, that would be awesome

Although there is no proof of that yet since the expansion isn’t out, I will almost certainly guarantee you that end of turn effect won’t work on a dormant minion.
I could be wrong but that’s very unlikely.

What above said, there’s no definite proof that I know of before expansion is out, but dormant is said to be like The Darkness, Lucentbark or Sherazin. None of them receive any benefits while dormant, including from end of turn effects
This should also mean dormant minions won’t get removed from aoe, “destroy a minion” effects like doomsayer, silence…
The one thing that might remove a dormant minion is amazing reno’s poof.

No it specifically only works with end of turn text cards.

I’ll second what Bee said; as far as I know, Dormant creatures won’t benefit from end-of-turn effects like taking a Rag hit from an opponent the moment their turn ends and yours begins, and they won’t receive buffs from cards like Shadow Ascendant or Arathi Weaponsmith on a turn they are still dormant.
That being said, there is one unusual thing about these Dormant creatures, and that’s the fact they retain hand buffs. Plus, unlike a card such as The Darkness, it seems they don’t enter a Dormant state when duplicated via Faceless Manipulator or Molten Reflection.

Apparently, all of those things have been changed for The Darkness as well.

The Druid minion, “Dozing Dragon”, is dormant for 2 turns and has a end of turn effect that triggers while dormant.

Idk if it’s always been that way, but ever since I return (late 2023), end of turn effects procced normally in dormancy

they work if they’re specifically worded to work while dormant, like Dozing Dragon and umm that pitlord demon hunter card that deals 3 to all enemies while dormant. Or Gorm the Worldeater that eats a minion to wake up faster.
