I just played the new signature Kobold Miner card from the new event. The following turn I played Shroomscavate on it (I really had no other play! Dont judge!), and the divine shield did not visually appear on the Kobold Miner minion. The Divine Shield textbox was there when hovering over the minion portrait and the Divine Shield effect was also present, so it is only an visual bug. Funnily enough, the visual windfury effect was present.
I play on PC version, Windows 10 64 bit and use Hearthstone Decktracker as the only addon.
