I’ve faced this bug in the past with baron riverdare but i thought that my friend disenchanted it to troll me. When an new expansion launches, there is a possibility that some cards in collection are disenchanted automatically, without even dust refund. in this case, i got several cards missing including legendaries, that they were all from the frozen throne expansion. In another case, in my elemage, it says that jaina is missing, but i have her in my collection…WHAT IS GOING ON?! I’ve tried to make the screenshots URL but it doesn’t let me to upload link via hyperlink for some reason…i have proof i will post it on twitter too… This can’t just keep happening while people are investing money for these cards …what if i have lost a couple of legendaries too, whithout even knowing it (since i’ve got a big collection)?
remove Jaina and re-add it.
some time there are events that give temporary cards and at end of event remove them.
When this events are live the owned copies are hidden , and temporary cards are showed and so when creating a deck you put the temporary version instead of owned version.
The only way to notice the difference is the set name and the logo behind card text
so you have
Jaina from set Core - Year of the Hydra logo behind the card text (watermark)
Jaina from set Unknow - No logo behind the card text (no watermark)
Jaina from set Knights of the Frozen Throne - Knights of the Frozen Throne logo behind card text (watermark)
Core cards are event cards , when event ends they become Unknow set cards.

The same issue was in other death knight hero cards and i understand what you are saying so as long as i have them in my collection it is OK. The paladin uther the ebon blade card though, was completely deleted from my collection and i have searched every single expansion including core and basic cards but it just isn’t there. The card has just been dissappeared. I have taken screenshots of the deck containing the card and from my collection, in which the card is craftable (missing, in short). If there is a place to upload my photos please let me know since im new here

no need to post the screenshot, there are different player that reported same problem.
the screenshoot will tell nothing becouse no user on this forum are able to know your cardlist before 1st november when this cards were temporary enabled.
So what i can think is before November 1st you have Jaina but not have Uther the ebon blade , after 1st November you created a deck with temporary Uther , now they removed it and you are back to the same situation it was before 1st November .

That might be actually true, because i recently crafted uther, although i do not remember the exact date of craft. In that case, i spend some dust to craft it but i got no refund…do you imply that i will get it back after event ends or i misunderstood?
you misunderstood , event started 1 november and give temporary Frozen Throne set old cards to everyone , and on dec 6 they take temporary cards back.
So the event that let you play this cards for free already ended and thats why i suspect you are missing some of them.
You said you recently crafted Uther , there was no reason to craft it last month if it was temporary free , is more like you found it on the collection and used it without craft.
But if you sure you still crafted it while the temporary card was available for free , you can open a support ticket and ask to specific check for that.
