Hello, I attempted to buy “Bob’s bargain” package via in-game shop. It was authorizing the transaction for 5 minutes straight an then it just got frozen. So I relaunched the app and when I tried to buy it again it is showing me error “purchase failed - you already own that item”. I do not see any packs added to my account though. I am using mobile app on Android. Please advise. Many thanks.
