Hi, my name is Andrew and I have made a big mistake… now that the new patch is launched, I wanted to make some dust like every year by disenchanting all wild cards. I put my little brother to disenchant all the cards that he sees in the wild cards section and he did just that. I don’t know why but I saw that a big part of my collection is missing and my little brother said that these cards that I’m talking about were in the wild section but these cards are still in standard like tickatus, the new old gods, etc… can you somehow help me to recover my cards please? I still have all the dust, I haven’t spent any of it because this thing happend recently, if you can check it or something… I hope there is a way.

I’ve just had exactly the same issue. Dusting all my old classic/wild cards so that I can craft shiny new standard ones.
Selected the “Wild” tab and DE’d a load of stuff, and then go back to my standard tab and it’s all disappeared!
Just like the poster above I haven’t used any of the dust yet, please can you help me to restore the lost cards?

If you want to try requesting an account roll back, open a Support ticket using the link at the top right of the page.
This exact thing happened to me–I tried “Contacting Us” but get stuck in an endless loop that keeps pointing back to “Ask the Community!” This is very annoying. I clicked on a few links at the top right of the page but don’t seem to be able to find an “account rollback” feature. If you don’t mind, could you explain a little more about how to request one?
