I was about to do the Gruul the Dragonkiller Challenge boss in the Trial by Felfire Adventure. I was disconnected from the game and since then I have not been able to play it -just says reconnecting to game but it doesn’t. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. I have done a scan and repair numerous times but it says it doesn’t need one. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Battle Net. I can play WoW ok. Please help.

I have also had the same problem since yesterday. When starting the game, you inform that you were reconnected. resuming and since then I can’t play anymore.

I have the exact same problem, tried cleaning cache and logs folder, restarting client, reinstalling the game but it’s been stuck for hours…

Same for me, Gruul the Dragonkiller Challenge Boss.
It was stuck at loading when I launched the game from my iOS device.
After I restarted the game, it says “Reconnected: You were connected to your last game. Resuming…”
The game never resumes and I am unable to access the rest of Hearthstone.

I have the same problem too. Impossible to play any of the game modes.

Problem solved.
- Log in to the game on your computer.
- Without leaving the game on your computer, log in to the game from your phone.
- Log in to the game again from your computer.
- Log in again from your phone (It should be enough).
- Repeat until it shows a reconnection error. Click ok and go to any old adventure, such as naxramas. Play the game (win or lose doesn’t matter) and there will be no more error.
