The only response you will get is some Blizzard clown telling you it is something on your end. Cannot even get through a game on my phone without disconnects since Titans dropped. Yet I can play other multiplayer mobile games without issue.

ir was EU server, no notifications in battle net launcher about connection problems. when it was? - few minutes before posting this.
You know? - Im not a good arena player, and can lose without your help, reallyâŚ
such issues must be compensated with free tickets. People spend time gaining gold in the game. They deserve fait game, and not loses cause being desconnected due tu server issue.

Very bad company unable to get good servers, just close down, even chinese mobile games have better servers - unacceptable

again got disconnect playing Arena. restart game doesnt help. Changing server on EU and back helped to start the HS, but arena gamed was closed for me alreadyâŚso sad. we have only 3 looses and 1 of them is again cause disconnect. Something we can do? does info about changing servers could help to fix this?

I have the same issue only on the Europe server which my main account is. the all-router network solution that all say is Bs. The game big like this shouldnât have a problem like that. is obviously from Blizzard servers, not the gamers system. I hope Blizzard solves this problem ASAP.

More frequently in BG than in standard game.
And no communication about an obvious problem that concerns many users.

I keep getting disconnected in battlegrounds. Im playing on a pc that is wired. Its not an internet thing because I can still stream music and tv. Its frustrating especially when you are winning. You have to wait to be reconnected or you have to reopen the game again. If you reopen, sometimes it will connect and sometimes it will just hang. This time its taken me a good 5 minutes or more to get back into Hearthstone. And of course I cannot reconnect to the game I was winning.
Then you get penalised by losing points for losing a game you are disconnected from.

Yeah and Blizz is still silent, CS says its something on my end and literally only have an issue with HS (D4 as well but thats a diff story). Multiple ping traces/tests and only showing failures at the Blizz server, all other connections come back quick and then the Servers time out 3-5 times before getting threw.

New patch looks fun, too bad I still have the same disconnect issues that started the day of the Unity upgrade patch months ago. I canât play a full game anymore without disconnecting mid battle and forcing me to restart the game. Sometimes every round. Nothing else I use has any internet issues, I have 250mb cable direct connected, it is NOT my internet.
Played 2 games today, first one dcâd mid battle and wouldnât reconnect, manually close the game and then it wouldnât reconnect, finally got in with like 5 seconds left in the next round. Second one did the same thing about round 2-3, dcâd, just sat there froze, manully restarted hearthstone, wouldnât reconnect at all this time, after about 4 tries I just shut it off.

Have same issue it only started on this new patch. Disconect from bg game cant reconnect back. I guess i gonna play path of exile instead then.

I think I actually found a fix for my issue thanks to the post below. I was freezing very very often with my framerate set at 240 which is what my monitor is. Hearthstone appears to get stuck with the high setting, changed it to 60 because Idc about framerate with a card game, and I have not had the problem since!!
I have the same issue. Have tried everything i have found on these forums and other places. Nothing works.
My PC is wired to the router.
I have tried DNS Flush
Reset router
Reinstall Hearthstone
Repair Heathstone
All drivers up to date
This is clearly a Hearthstone server issue.
My phone has no issues when playing on Wifi on the same network!

I may have found a fix for myself. Maybe others can use this as Blizzard clearly donât know what this issue is.
I tried to limit the FPS in Hearthstone in the Nvidia control panel to 60 FPS.
So far I havenât have any disconnect issues.
For me the disconnects happened on the board. I can see my opponents emotes and looking at cards. The board freezes and then i disconnect and reconnect.
Limiting FPS seems to have solved this.

I had this problem two years ago. It was frustrating to the point where I uninstalled the game. Recently, Iâve gotten the game back on my PC. The problem still persists.
Now, for a little experiment, I also downloaded Hearthstone on my laptop and connected to the same WIFI. It works perfectly with no interruptions ever. Iâm confused as to why this is the case. Is it a problem with my PC? I mean, I can run any other game fine, I had the game uninstalled for two years, and I flushed my DNS here just recently too.

These guys are degenerates. Theyâll say itâs on our end when it clearly isnât. Theyâre lazy pos that wonât fix their server side issues. Theyâll just have a blue every so often come here to respond to try and calm the storm, but the dc issues never resolve.

Capping my frame rate in Nvidia and swapping to medium frame rate in game has fixed the disconnect issue. Still have a couple times here and there when it pauses a bit, but not a full desync/disconnect.
