I called the hearthstone help forum, but they couldn’t find the bug that made two of my legendary Dalaran collection cards disappear. They said that it didn’t reflect in their record and yet my cards have indeed disappeared. My concern is how many other have disappeared with these constant updates. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to keep track. How dare you even ask us to support you when you can’t do your job.
This is peoples real money disappearing. Where is my Barista Lynchen and Jepetto Joybuzz???!
I just had the same issue. I have no idea how many cards I lost, but I am 100% sure that cards have disappeared. They were in my decks, now they’re not even available in my collection!
I’ve had to rebuild my decks because a lot of the cards lost were pretty crucial. Several Legendary minions, but more to prove a point, even less, rare cards like Witchwood Grizzly are now gone.
This has happened to me quite a bit. I’ll have cards that will just randomly disappear all of the time. They are usually legendary cards as well, which makes it almost seem intentional to make me waste my dust to craft them again. Also, cards that I already have completely disappear when they are replaced with reward cards from the acheivements; I don’t receive ANY dust for them when they are replaced! I don’t think that’s right…
Right! At first, I thought that I was just misremembering, but then it started happening with cards that I knew without a doubt I had because I had taken notice to them wondering what uses they could possibly have in future decks. I take lion’s mane quite regularly and have a pretty decent memory. I haven’t said anything until now because I’m sure I would just be told that I have no proof. The cards also just happen to be from the wild format, so they aren’t always used or caught onto right away until you go looking for it. So now, I have been making a screenshot archive of the cards I obtain. I urge everyone to do this, so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. If it does, then you’ll have proof that you had the cards.
Awaken the Makers: I specifically crafted this card and then it was mysteriously gone when I went to make a boar deck in wild this expansion. I never disenchanted this card. This is the same for all of the cards I’m listing:

There are more, but I’m getting tired of typing them out and it’s beginning to upset me the more I look into it. I crafted all of these cards specifically to try them out in wild and none of them have anything to do with the core set…
Also, what about the cards that I already had disappearing when the acheivement gives me them? I could have gotten a decent amount of dust from those cards. I don’t believe that to be right either and I can actually prove that’s happening. I do spend money on this game buying the battle passes and the bundles every expansion, so this really bothers me. I enjoy Hearthstone and it’s pretty much the only game that I’m devoting my time, money, and effort into currently. I guess I should just stop because it’s just money down the drain at this point. I can’t wait until D2 resurrected launches because I’ll just stop playing this game altogether.
