For the past 4 months, it has been difficult to load into Hearthstone. The loading screen takes far longer than usual and when I finally get into the tavern all my options have been greyed out besides my collection and open packs. It usually takes a few minutes for all the options to appear (besides the “hearthstone” button which remains greyed out). Trying to click on Battlegrounds starts another long loading screen which often brings up a connection error screen which comes back immediately after clicking cancel or reconnect, effectively softlocking my game. Occasionally it works as usual but it takes many attempts. I believe it to be a battle.net issue as it affects only overwatch and hearthstone, all other games load fine and are perfectly playable. I’ve tried all the solutions (Verify game files, clear cache, delete reinstall) but nothing works. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a solution?
