Arena run closed after update and didn’t get a ticket or the arena reward, before i updated the app on google play i clicked at arena and it showed up the rewards as if i had ended(but didn’t give me any) though it was a bug because i didn’t update, so i updated and the arena run just vanished (without i getting any reward for it)
Do you mean the arena run was forcibly retired while you were offline?
When that happens, the packs are added to your account immediately, and they are available to open the next time you log in.
So you likely opened them already, without realizing where they came from.
Going to the arena screen and clicking on the boxes is just cosmetic. Yes, it’s visually confusing to click on the boxes and see packs appear, and then there aren’t actually any packs to open. But it’s because you ALREADY opened them.

No, the packs didn’t even get added neither did the gold, im sure of that since i didn’t even open any pack yesterday, i also got no ticket for arena, the reward also kinda of showed up visually for a second and vanished , it was just a 3 win run, but it just got erased from existance without reward.
A more accurate step by step of what happened was this(english is not my main language so its simpler for me to explain this way):
1-open hearthstone around 10 minutes after it update on playstore without updating the app
2-click arena, reward show up for a second.
3-screen becomes white(the arena background)
4- the screen stays for too long so i close the app
5-i open the game again, the arena doesn’t open and i got no rewards.
5-i go to playstore and update
6-i open the game and click arena
7-it only shows up the pay 150 gold screen but there was no ticket, and no packs or gold added
