Here is a breakdown of what happened to me.
I bought the Diamond Owlonius bundle. I received Diamond Owlonius, Signature Game Master Nemsy and Signature Fye, the Setting Sun. However, I already owned a normal Game Master Nemsy, yet after the purchase I did not receive an option to re-roll my normal Game Master Nemsy. This is rather upsetting, as there are plenty of legendaries from Whizbang’s Workshop I do not own a copy of yet I could have gotten if I was offered the chance to re-roll.
This is clearly not intended, and I hope once this bug is fixed, I get to re-roll my Game Master Nemsy.
Did you happen to already own all of the other legendary signature Whizbang cards before purchasing the bundle? This is not a situation that would have caused a re-roll, but it does seem like you should have gotten a different signature legendary if you already owned a copy of Nemsy UNLESS you already had all of the other signature legendary cards
I do not own all of the other legendary signatures from Whizbang’s Workshop, but I do own a copy (some signatures, some not*) of each legendary that has a signature in Whizbang’s Workshop.
So, I didn’t get to re-roll because Signature Game Master Nemsy is disenchantable?
If that is intended, alright everything working as intended I guess, though I feel this should change seeing as how before there were more signatures so you were less likely to own a non-signature copy of all the possible signatures. Is this the right place to leave such feedback or is there a more appropriate place for feedback on game mechanics?
Yes, that is the reason that you didn’t get a re-roll. Re-rolls only happen when you obtain a card that can’t be disenchanted.
As for providing feedback, the bug report forum is probably not the best place for that. You could try a community discussion section of the forum, though it’s hard to say how much Blizzard even reads here. I know RidiculousHat is active on the r/hearthstone Reddit, and there are some others on Twitter
