Didn’t receive rank reward

On both Asia and US servers.
Please help.

I’m in the same boat for US servers…and I always finish 5 ranked wins by the end of a month to clear dailies.

Hello, I have the exact same issue. I did not receive tank rewards for month of February on EU server. It just showed that I ended up on rank 19 and then it just skipped. Re-loging did not helped. I contacted the support but they told me to post here. I just need that Pizza Stone card back.

The next month is going to be also bugged. The progress towards the chest is not showing and ridiculous support told me that I was rank 25 whole February, even thoug I was rank 19. Do not support them with our money!

Rank doesn’t matter in getting card back anymore. It used to be rank 20, but now it’s just 5 ranked wins, any rank. One could be rank 4 (dropped from legend), and still don’t get the card back.

And in what mode were you rank 19? Was it Wild or Standard? Support might’ve seen your other rank or something.

If you think next month is also going to be bugged, take a screenshot for your March, 2019 rank. That will shut any Support staff who says otherwise.

As for what you can do now, click ‘quest’ tab, and take a screenshot. Let’s see if indeed ‘progress towards chest’ is not showing as you’re saying.

I know rank does not matter but wins do. I was advised by the support that they on my linked account that I gave them see rank 25 with no ranked play for February, which is not true. The system is probably bugged for some accounts. They told me that this needs to be reviewed by the devs and then, once fixed, it will grant those cardbacks to people who were supposed to get it. However, we need more attention on this or we will just be ignored by the devs.

Thanks for following up. I haven’t had time but I need to send a ticket too. I’ve yet to miss out on a cardback, so this bug is really annoying. I’m gonna wait for that monthly “Your month in Hearthstone” email as well, for proof. Wish we could get a Blizzard official reply.

That is a good idea. I almost forgot about that. Maybe it will also show rank 25 and 0 plays as the support saw, which would confirm it is bugged. Either way, I hope to see that email too. Just make sure more people report this, so it gets resolved ASAP.

I’ve been playing a few more ranked matches and winning. I’ve notcied I haven’t been seeing the card back chest increase after my first win. A bit concerned. Gonna win a few more before I report it. The email for last months matches arrived too.

Update: So I played 2 more ranked games and won and have not seen the treasure chest message of 2/5, 3/5 etc. I only saw the first one this month. I sent a ticket in.

Can you take a look at your quest log screen?

The chest progress messages appear to be a bit hit and miss. But it’s always possible to check progress yourself by visiting the Quest Log. Hmmm my quest log chest says 19. So it is logging my completion despite not seeing it after winning right? It’s so weird it’s not consistent like it use to be. Thanks for the pics and replying BigHugger! So at least it’s not bugged in reality. However, still didn’t get that cardback for Feb, and I played just as much as I usually do, usually ranked and/or brawl only. Haven’t played just casual in ages!

What rank were you on your first win?

I believe there may actually be a rank cutoff where those below see the chest award progress (newer players?) and those above do not see it (veteran players). And that rank cutoff is 20.

Oh, I see. It reset me to 20 at the beginning of the month, that’s the rank I was at on the first win. That is a tad confusing though bc we can still get to 19 say after 3 wins, but not be sure we’ve completed the 5 ranked, which was what I was testing. Hmm :thinking:

I did not even receive that email regarding performance from previous month this time. Still waiting for the devs to fix this.

That’s weird. Did it go into junk maybe? Should be random stats if not just our performance, things like how many players played across the world, etc. I’m hoping this bug doesn’t happen again tomorrow for March. I def have 17 chest up… but the GM keep saying they can’t fix it by rewarding anything on their end. I feel like we should escalate this…just because it’s not a horrendous bug that affects all doesn’t mean there isn’t a bug. :disappointed_relieved:

Seems for March it was better for me. No glitch. But I made sure to do excessive games…
