Did not receive the reward from the March of the Lich King

I completed the adventure mode and it is supposed to give 32 basic death knight cards as the reward. But I didn’t recieve it.
The account is in Asia region.

No, that’s Core cards, which you probably have received anyway.

Prior to Patch 28.2.0.190416, defeating all four bosses unlocked the Death Knight class and rewarded you with all of the death knight Core cards.

I actually did not receive those core cards. I have screenshots but couldn’t post links. This is my alt account, i know what those core cards are. I have them in my main account. It’s actually a bug.

Btw the in-game visuals are outdated
The prologue indicates that you’ll unlock saurfang, Frigidara and Marrowgar which is incorrect
