Did not receive FOL packs for June season end reward

I was at Diamond 7 at the end of June, got the popup for having reached it at the start of the new season, but never received the packs. I tried communicating with customer service, but they were quick to shrug their shoulders and pawn me off here.

Has anyone else had this issue?

i also had this same issue, very frustrating, i guess i just get nothing this season?
