I completed the achievement to receive the Darkmoon Coin but didn’t receive the coin. Yes, I checked to make sure I clicked on the achievement itself. Currently the Darkmoon Coin reward banner is grayed out and there’s nothing else I can click on. I also have the Tavern Pass.
I opened a ticket and support told me to post a bug report here. I don’t expect it to accomplish anything based on other topics I’ve seen, but might as well try.
Darkmoon Coin can be unlocked by purchasing Madness at the Darkmoon Faire’s Tavern Pass and reach level 50 in Rewards Track.
Yep. I have the Tavern Pass, I’m level 124, and I have the “Come One Come All!” achievement 6/6.
The Prize Coin comes from the “Come One Come All!” achievement.
Kindly provide a screenshot of the Coins tab (between Neutral and Card Backs tab) and the level 50 reward from the Rewards Track of the Journal.

Have you restarted and gone the additional step of log complete out and then back into Hearthstone app?
Oh hey, there’s a Coins tab now! Don’t I feel sheepish. That would have been great for support to have mentioned, but at least I know now.
