Did not receive credit for successful Dalaran Heist run

Today I completed a successful Dalaran Heist run and did not receive credit. Here are the details:

Adventure: Dalaran Heist
Purchased with: Gold
Format: Normal
Chapter: 3 Streets of Dalaran
Hero: Warrior Mr. Chu
Hero Power: Invigorating Brew
Starting Deck: Random Deck

I beat all 8 bosses, and was very disappointed to see that I did not receive the Star for Mr. Chu, or the Check Marks for the Hero Power and Starting Deck.

The Hero progress has been reported and is a Known Issue:

• There is a visual issue with Chapter 2 – 5 showing the crowns for heroes that have beaten chapter 1 instead of the actual progress for chapters 2-5.

This is a visual issue. Progress is still saved on server.

Ensure to search first before posting to reduce duplicate issue threads.

Same. Warrior and Druid show no crown on ch.4
After telling my friend about this, he started ch.4 with Druid, finished the run, and found his mage showed a crown instead.
