Did not receive a card when opening gold packs

Hello
The system for dropping legendary cards does not work correctly in the game, 16 gold packs of the fresh addition “Titans” were opened on the account and I did not receive a special (black card), the link below indicated that it would be 100% when opening 14 packs. Please check.

[Special Gold Card Set Only] On average, with a 15.1% chance of a Special Legendary Card and guaranteed one of 14 sets since the previous Special Legendary Card was obtained.

Do youy mean signature cards ?
This is only true for signature packs, not golden packs wich are differents
If I’m not mistaking.

Not quite understood what signature packs are we talking about? As I understand it, a special card is an analogue of the golden legendary one and the chance of it falling out of the golden pack is similar

On average, with a probability of 5.0%, a Golden Legendary card and a guaranteed one of 40 sets from the moment you received the previous Golden Legendary card.
Note: One Golden Legendary card is guaranteed to be included in the first 10 sets of the new expansion. Obtaining subsequent Golden Legendary cards will be subject to the rule above.
