Quest log was completely empty, did not get the quest for 5/15 (which should be guaranteed noz quest)

did you play the tavern brawl at all?
What does the tavern brawl has to do with the monthly nozdormu quest ?
if you played the nozdormu tavern brawl this morning(3 times), it would have finished your quest
which is what i did
