I don’t have access to Diamond Reno Jackson in my collection even though I have all the cards from league of explorers and have completed the achievement.

Same here. Been gone from the game since Forged in the Barrens and all diamond rewards for collection achievements are missing despite claiming being claimed.

Replying as this was the first place I have seen this mentioned, have been having this problem too. Stopped playing after Sunken City, just came back but can’t unlock diamond Reno or Zephyrs.

I am a recently returning player and I am also experiencing this issue. According to the game I completed the “Raiders of the Lost Cards” achievement in 2020/11/16, but I do not have access to the diamond version of Reno Jackson.

After my return I completed the Naxxramas adventure and I did get the diamond version of Loatheb from it. It seems that the diamond cards are not correctly given out retroactively.

I believe the diamond card is awarded by owning all the cards from the League of Explorers set, not by having the achievement.
Do you still own all the cards from the set? Or did you disenchant some of them?

Can’t be that, I have all the cards for the adventures and a few expansions and still don’t have the diamond cards from them.

I’m missing the Diamond version of Reno Jackson too, despite the fact that I have the ‘Raiders of the Lost Cards’ achievement, listes as completed on 2020/11/12. I completed the Leage of Explorers back in the days when it came out. I’m sure I did not disenchant the actual card, maybe the achievement is a meta joke on lost cards?

I got lucky and the old habit where folks disenchanted Maexxna prevented this from locking me out of Diamond Loatheb (still have to re-craft Maexxna) but yep I have the same issue where I checked my collections and it says I got the rewards but I definitely do not have a Diamond Reno Jackson Either.
Sure hope they fix this soon!

I am also a returning player, I have the complete colection of the adventures, and the achievement looks like it was claimmed, but I dont have the cards, The diamond versions cant de disenchanted so is a bug for sure, hope they fix it soon.

Hey everyone! I finally got my Diamond Reno a few days ago. The message suddenly popped up when I logged into the game. Hope you get yours too!
