I recently posted on the Overwatch Tech support channel, but they don’t seem interested in helping a fellow Blizzard franchise out. To be clear, I am aware that this is not a Hearthstone issue. I am trying to post a bug in the appropriate Diablo IV forum, but the site claims I am a mere beta player and refuses to allow a new post when I have my Blizzard account linked to a recently active Playstation 4 client. I don’t expect you to have the solution to getting me recognized as a legit player, but pointing in the right direction would be helpful.
Edit: Apparently the tech team over there is AWOL. Half expecting the same here.
