I’m lost, how do you play this on turn 4?
Illdari Studies turn 1 and 2. Turn 3 Coin + Skull of Guldan on the left to pull Inquisitor and Felscreamer.
Turn 4 Felscreamer and Inquisitor.
Assuming I did my math correctly anyway.

There’s a theoretical way if going second:
2x Illidari Studies on the first two turns and don’t use the discount.
Turn 3: Coin + discounted Skull in the Outcast slot drawing a Raging Felscreamer and Illidari Inquisitor
Turn 4: Play Felscreamer for 1 (4-3 from Skull) followed by Inquisitor for 3 (8 - 3 from Skull -2 from Felscreamer)

They play it during development, but judging by the past few years pretty much most of us can agree it is no. They read stats, see what streamers whine about and make moves from there.
If they do then they might be the most braindead, smooth brained inept fools I’ve seen in awhile.

Seriously, six addons a year is completely crazy tempo.
I mean, if you want to pass or discover your first four turns, then no, you can’t do anything to stop them.
They ruined my favorite priest deck… These were unneeded nerfs… They should nerf Lord Duraxous he’s op as crap for the warlock or Tickus combo but they nerf the samuro combo which was one of priests only clear combo for 3 hp mobs but now you are screwed. I think after this nerf and lack of attention put towards certain classes like rush warrior and warlock Tickus just get free rain without a nerf. Due to all this I think it’s about time to find a new game or quit gaming all together.

Huh? Assuming you have no board available and therefore cannot buff or utilize your board (which very often you have at least a scorpid or sethekk available) the Xyrella combo far exceeds this and you also have devouring plague, hysteria, against all odds, soul mirror…
And if you are forced to push Xyrella really early you can really punish your opponent by getting copy #2 with raise dead.

They nerfed gibberling for that reason
ooze counters it and in the next expansion we weill have a better ooze.
I’ll predict any weapon deck will have an hard time in the meta due to this new ooze, unless players won’t put it in the deck because “it makes the deck weaker”
All depends if the card is included in netdecks. Otherwise most ppl won’t even know the card exist, just like the ooze.

its great if you like to play Shaman and Hunter, less so if you like to play any other class in the game
