1. Destroy enemy hero card shouldn’t work if I have Ice Block secret on mage hero.

2. Fatigue should not work if I have Ice Block secret on mage hero.

Ice Block prevents damage. “Destroy” is not the same as damage.

Ice Block should have protected you from fatigue death, assuming it happened on your opponent’s turn. (Your secrets aren’t active during your own turn.)

Counterspell should work, if the card you want to stop is a spell.
