So losing 5 cards from the warlock decks is just ridiculous. 3 max. I understand the warlock has been the worst deck and so you have tried to do something but this is just stupid as now everyone is running warlock decks just to get to turn 8 drop a destroy everything. And then any corrupted taunt follwed by being then decked to death. I have not beaten 1 warlock since this new change. It needs to be fixed and personally I dont even want to play because EVERYONE is running this excessively overpowered bs
. Ruins the fun when 1/3 your deck can be killed by 2 cards and because of this everyone is hoping on the band wagon because it is so easy! This needs to be changed to 3 cards max period. And until then I am done playing because it is not fun. Who wants to play the same bs over and over with no differences because that is the only way some players can win. Because that one card that decks you to death! Nice way to ruin the game.
What deck are you playing? The only deck warlock is favored against is some priest decks, everything else crushes it
Control Warlock also beats Libram Paladin, for what’s worth. And honestly, given how strong Libram Paladin is, another Warlock nerf would be pretty terrible timing.
I have used warrior, priest and mage decks with the same results everytime. I just thinkthat 5 cards is excessive. 3 makes sense 5 has itway to overpowered because if you dont kill em quick, like a paladin deck can do your screwed. At least the paladin canbestopped. Nothing stops one from losing 10 cards.
I barely see any Warlocks, not my experience at all. Most metadecks are closing out the win around turn 8 anyway so burning a few cards is immaterial.

if you haven’t drawn your big plays by the time tickatus goes out then your deck needs draw

We have a bunch of neutral and tutored draw in standard.
So no. If you haven’t draw your key cards when tickatus drops it isn’t fault of your class balance.
I’m guessing the OP was talking about Tickatus, but since they didn’t name it specifically I’m going to pretend they’re complaining about Azari, the Devourer. You know, the card that actually does burn your entire deck?
If you’re losing to Azari, your deck is too slow. 
whaaaat ? mage can blast a warlock face off before they can even corrupt tickatus !
While in the current meta I don’t think Tick needs a nerf, I do wonder how it would be if its Corrupt was nerfed to “Also your opponent’s deck” (so, burns 5 from both).
It would definitely hurt the current decks Tickatus is used in, but in return it would empower the self-milling theme they tried and failed.
It wouldn’t empower Mill Warlock, for two reasons:
- Self mill has a fundamental issue that you’re always are risk of burning your payoffs. Tickatus burning your own deck does nothing to address this (and in fact makes Tickatus worse in mill decks against slower decks).
- Self mill decks already are running Tickatus and playing it uncorrupted against aggro to get Barrens Scavenger and Blood Shard Bristleback online faster.
