Deck of Lunacy with Incanter's Flow?

If you play Incanter’s Flow before Deck of Lunacy is Deck of Lunacy’s " original cost the cost before Incantrs’s Flow or after?

I have 2 of each in my deck and am so confused over it when I play multiple.

Deck of Lunacy will use the current cost of cards in the deck, so a 3 mana spell with its cost reduced to 2 by Incanters Flow will turn into a 5 mana spell with Deck of Lunacy

What about the other way around?

A 3 mana spell will tranform into a 6 mana spell with Deck of Lunacy then be reduced to 2 mana by Incanters Flow

How did you get 2 copies of a Legendary into your deck?

Our time traveler from early 2021 meant two Flow.
