I keep selecting Arthas as my paladin hero on a specific deck. Randomizer is not checked. When I restart the game, Liadrin always replaces him as the hero for that deck. Has dissuaded me from getting more cosmetics since I won’t be able to choose the ones I want to use.
If you previously had liadrin as your paladin hero you need to manually turn her off from being your main. Otherwise the game thinks liadrin AND arthas are your favorites and randomly chooses one of the two to be your portrait. You may have just been unlucky and it kept randomly picking liadrin instead.
They’ve never been able to fix the hero portraits/cardbacks for very long. Try this or that, it’ll work for a day or a week, maybe permanently, but eventually it’ll stop working. Small indie company and all that.
make sure arthas is your only favoirite
are you sure you dont have more than one favourite hero ? selecting more than one makes the game to randomly change it between the ones you have as favourite

now additional order of heroes/decks is mixed;
some noob not known how to parse file or Db ?
