When I open up my collection, it is just a black screen with all my deck names layered on top of each other. This persists in other gamemodes, with it being impossible to make a duels deck and even making cards in solo adventure buckets invisible.

Same here, it has been bugged for weeks, tried changing graphics, go full screen, reset etc… haven’t been able to fix it. Did you find anything to solve this issue? I’m unable to complete any quests because i can’t make a deck, i can only auto fill and even that is painful to do.
Also having same issue. Game works fine on iPad but not PC. Just started this week with the event.
I went ahead and uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my PC and everything seems to be working fine now.
