Today I was doing the Deadline achievement. The card was in my starting hand and I was not enable to mulligan it away. Maybe because the card is “temporary” ?
I’ve been trying to reproduce it, but didn’t get the opportunity to have it in my starting hand after a couple of tries.

EDIT : I Just had it again in my starting hand. I was able to mulligan it this time. Weird.
