Shaman is my class and we are getting ripped to pieces.
Our only real good card is getting nerfed hard which means our second only good card is finished.
Yet Hunter Quest is still untouched.
Shaman needs a boost for their questline. Last expansion we lost a lot of good viable cards for the questline.
Right now the Shaman questline is dead.
Look on the bright side. Snowfall Guardian is now a good evolve target.
I don’t know why you’re complaining about Hunter when all the nerfs haven’t been announced.
Only good card… Lol good one. You now have to make actual deck building choices instead just throwing in a bunch of busted stuff and beating everything. I don’t see how that’s a bad thing I’m sorry. You either do the freeze burn thing or lean harder into the evolve stuff.

Trying to figure out how Shaman freeze chain even works now. You are behind on board for four turns and then bioluminescence combo burn them out or bloodlust lethal them? Otherwise evolve doesn’t really work unless they were ahead on board with stuff you can value trade before evolving to make sure they don’t have a free attack on you.
Even though snowfall was super powerful, it was a crutch that all shaman builds were relying on to help them out of a jam and I don’t think snowfall is going to really work for shaman anymore unless you build a deck specifically around it.
It’s well deserved. Snowfall was broken, and noone likes a deck that basically auto-concedes an entire gameplay strat (aggro). You have Murloc and Evolve, deal with it…
And will remain so , i lost count on how many times i got ,“next patch,when it sees play, when its on top of the ranks, bla bla” its obvious by now that the rules are not for everyone and we have some golden children that get to play with toys that are forbidden to others.
Get used to it its allways been like this.
Hunter will also never be touched because it’s the perennial “new player friendly” class. They are extremely low IQ friendly as well, and IMO Hunter is just used as a player-base support.
Its not your only good card you can evolve 10 cost minions on turn 4 you are i think you dont have to be worried your card was going to get nerfed with the last patch if i am correct but they did not nerf it.
I am sorry to say that card is very unfun for many players and streamers and i think that is why it got nerfed.
Oh no, shaman only has murloc, totems, evolve, a slightly less insane battlecry deck to fall back on as viable archetypes. As a rogue player, I have no sympathy.
Snowballing murlocs + evolving Gnolls on turn 2 + one of the best hero cards + the second best class to infuse + the best disruption in the game. Yeah, shaman will be fine.
what are you talking about ? shaman is one of the top three decks right now, if you are struggling you are playing the wrong list, fyi its possible to get 12/12 or 8/8 windfury on turn 2 as shaman
my mistake you mean with the nerfs ? I think it was something todo with being able to freeze the board for 7 turns in a row
Wow, careful with that edge. You might cut yourself or someone else with that kind of attitude. Apply lotion to the area to alleviate the pain. Unfortunately, there is no treatment of butt hurt, but it will pass in time.
I was in the same boat, thinking this will kill the class. But, now, I realize this is necessary to lower the reward for freezing an enemy board. This card will likely still see play.
Do not forget there is still Evolve Shaman and Burn Shaman. I suspect there’s another deck to be made in there somewhere.

Is Snowfall Guardian itself even the win con for shaman anymore? Seems like Sire Denathrius has taken that spot and Snowfall is just there as a control tool that can possibly take out a big minion or do some damage to the opposing hero. Well, guess we won’t see them bothering to use Parrot after Snowfall anymore. They’ll just save that for Den 
Didn’t they nerf it two different times already? Just was never enough because the card does everything you could want tbh.
This is a terrible take. You don’t need to Evolve the Guardian.
You need to Evolve the rest of YOUR board because they’re all frozen.
Dawngrasp at 4 mana doesn’t freeze your own board. And it even has the Cheaty Snowbold effect built in for already frozen minions.

I might have been a bit tongue in cheek with that one.
It’s funny because Quest Hunter has been nerfed but Big Spell Mage hasn’t.
Like I said at the time, Hunter players would have preferred the quest being nerfed to Dragonbane shot because at least all the other classes got their dust back.
It’s the wincon against aggro. The devs are clearly hoping aggro rises up to keep the inevitable Druid juggernaut in check.
