Dalaran Kel'Thuzad hero skin bugged

When looking in my collection or starting a game of ranked, my hero skin of Dalaran Kel’Thuzad is not being shown.
It shows the default hero skin with Jaina Proudmoore instead, even though Kel’Thuzad is the only mage hero skin I have set as favorite.
When I look at my hero skins in collection, the mage hero skin in even all blacked out, not showing a skin at all.

Try “Scan & Repair”.

Also delete the deck you are trying to use this skin with and recreate it. I had the same issue this week with an Shaman skin. Always went back to the default skin.

I am having the same issue. I hoped it would have been patched by now?
