After play a magician secret that gaves you inmunity trought (“pergamino cambiante”) the screen just freeze and you only can exit the game, losing the progress that you have. Idk what’s the name of the card in english.
This is a known bug, already included in the known issues topic.

Bartender Bob may sometime display an empty dialog bubble when leaving a Friendly Encounter.
When using the “Gangs All Here” effect on a buffed minion in a Friendly Encounter, the animation improperly shows increased stats.
Duplatransmogrifier will delete all minions in your deck if you select a minion that was buffed by a Friendly Encounter card.

The only solution for now is force-quit the game (Alt-F4), restart, and then continue your game after the reconnect.
