Just now I logged in and got a new daily quest of 1500, illustrated with a deck from which the first card is lifted, a counter of 0/3, but no description text.
Is it the Nozdormu one ?

Draw x cards doesn’t complete it.
Same here. No clue about what you’re supposed to do.
Correction:
The blue post 23.6 Known Issues says it is the Nozdormu quest as you suggested

Hi, I’m having the same issue today! I hope it’ll be fixed soon
Same here, I got this new daily quest of 1500 xp with empty text. It’s probably the Nozdormu quest as it is the Nozdormu day. I’m going to create a Nozdormu deck and see if this allows me to finish the quest.
Edit : I created a Nozdormu deck, played 3 games with it, and was able to finish the quest, so it was really the Nozdormu quest.
