I am not a returning player and did not receive a daily quest on thursday 11/19/20. The new system was working fine prior to this as far as I know, though scanning over these reports I apparently should have been watching more closely as far as receiving rewards for the quests I did.

Came here to make the same post. I haven’t played since yesterday afternoon (more than 24 hours ago now), logged in just now for the first time today and my quest list says “new quest in 8 hours”.

I didn’t received my daily quest yesterday also. I’ve had one today and the rest of the week was fine, but not yesterday.
My ticket was answered with a pathetic non-answer, containing one nonsense phrase: “I have read over your ticket here and I understand we never received any new daily quest in Hearthstone.”
What the h*ll is that supposed to mean?
Also missing daily quest. hopefully they figure it out. I’ll also take compensation. lol

Yeah, me too, just one of the daily quests on 19 of Nov (Australian Time) Asia server.
All the other days the quests have come in fine (including today the 20th).
Same. I got 23 hours until next quest and my daily quest log remains empty. I can’t seem to refresh my weekly quests either. Will see in a couple hours if it’s ongoing, already feel like I’m behind on the rewards track. Hope they can tell which players were affected and give compensation.
I have the same issue. I didn’t receive any daily quests since the 17th of November (Europe server) when the expansion dropped. I log in every day, but I still have the message to come back the next day. I am stunned that many people have this problem, yet there is no announcement about this, let alone the fix. Why the silence? Can we please get some answers? Thank you for your understanding.

The same problem here. Left one 800exp rerolled daily quest unfinished yesterday: no reroll option today, no new one. Only timer was refreshed.
Yup, they scammed me off a quest as well.

Too many quest issues disengage players, please fix, search those affected

20.11.2020. I did not receive daily quest on US server.
Same here. No daily or weekly quests since the 19.0 update. EU server. My ticket EU74681652 remains unanswered.

Same here. I’ve gotten all my quests this past week but when I logged on this morning (November 20th) I didn’t get a daily quest. Something in the fix yesterday broke something else, because me and my friends are no longer receiving daily quests.
