I also lost a few quest on the begining od the expansion after completion of promotional quest for 3 packs. I did not get any more promotional quests and for a few days missed some quests. After a while quests back to normal. Then today again same issue, after reset just 2 quests instead of regular 3. Looking forward to problems resolve.
Aug. 17 update: no new quest today either, the two quests I had yesterday did not āflipā into a new quest like one did yesterday. So whatever the issue is, it is NOT resolved.
Hello. I have the same problems, however they appeared after I rerolled the legendary quest for the new expansion. Maybe the issue is only with the players who rerolled it ?
I havenāt heard any follow up on the rest of the promotional quests that OutofCards datamined. I made a quick search of the forums there and couldnāt find the original post either.
So I guess it is just wait and see and cross Fingers!

See below for a message that was posted on reddit. If you are still not receiving the daily quest, I would advise you to open a ticket and mention that a CS representative with the username Dromogaz on reddit asked for players who are still experiencing the problem to report it to CS. Or you could reply to him/her on redddit.
Also, if you arenāt aware ā consider your 3rd slot in the quest log blocked, only carry 1 quest at most each night. That worked for others

I already contacted support and they told me to write in here. Now you are telling me to write to the support. 
They said they are trying to fix this globally by making a patch. Thats it. I just wanted to report that this happened to me after I rerolled the legendary questā¦ Maybe that might help the Devs to fix this once and for all. Maybe not.

The latest information on this issue (as far as I know) seems to have appeared on reddit, so I wanted to share the timeline of events in case it helps explain what has happened to anybody currently being affected by it. Also, it provides info in communicating with CS that this is a known issue and that a fix was implemented for it recently. Last week, there was low level of information about this when CS was contacted via the ticket system. Very few people reported that CS was aware that it was an issue.
I have a support ticket open which said I should post about it here. Can we get a definitive statement from the Devs about Blizzard are going to do about it and when?
Actually this is becoming quite annoying. Blizzard when will you fix this bug??? This is UNPROFESSIONAL
Some people mentioned CS had told them they were going to fix this in a patch. Since there is a balance patch on Monday, I expect the resolution to this situation will be then as well. Well, I hope it will be.

3 quests after login. Logout, login 2 quests.
Different account: 2 quests no new quest.
I donāt know if it helps but achievements.log shows 2 quests with one of them being wrong, and the other was correct.

Yeah, I was looking for it too. No information. So probably not fixed.
