Are you looking for customer support or are you simply curious about customer support?
i at least noticed a response on Blizzard CS’s twitter somewhat recently that there’s been too many tickets for them to address in a more timely manner, seems to be an issue across the board for their games. Now if that’s just because there’s a lot of problems going around or a lack of CS reps or a bit of both i am not sure.
It costs money to pay people and they need every cent of that money to pay off the obscene bonuses to the suits and for the shareholders.

They’re extremely backlogged now with this new report feature and all the unnecessary reporting that goes on that they have to investigate. Good luck.

they are probably busy answering overwatch 2 launch tickets …it was a mess
Maybe they shouldn’t have laid so many employees off.
In all honesty. I did contact customer support two or three times in the past.
And every contact has been a pleasant experience where they did solve any issue i had.
I havent contacted them recently though.
It’s not CS’s fault. The corporation only cares about the officers and the shareholders.
Everyone else is disposable.
i think more than one company had to fire people because of the pandemy the other article i saw was about a mobile version of WOW being cancelled
so far i couldnt find anything saying the people fired worked on customer support

i opened a ticket two weeks ago and there’s still no reply

What reason did you need to contact them? I’m no CS but maybe i can help in the meantime.
the 2 tasks in merc which are supposed to give random legendary merc but we got useless portraits instead
Expect that to be fixed in two years. 
in the 24.6 with the big merc update, you mean? 
i have the feeling that the mercs are lost, we’ll never get any compensation
They really screwed that mode up. It has just so much potential, but their greed got in the way.

yep, clearly, grind/buy mercs then grind/buy coins then portraits, they went too far
