C'Thun + Ghastly Mask still doubles?

The new text says C’Thun HP upgrades each turn, not after each use. Yet I’ve seen many C’thuns with Repeat 15+ times, and we definitely didn’t play 15 turns at that point.

So it seems like with Ghastly Mask, C’thun HP adds +1 stack with Ghastly Mask. Is this how it should still work?

Yeah, just played it. Got up to 27 turn upgrades
