Yes ,they are.
One is literally stalling and preventing you to play the game.
While the other is doing the same thing but delivered between turns so you can see in âslow motionâ(yes ,itâs a joke about not mattering If you take ALL damage in the same turn or between they).
Itâs actually impressive how sentiment can be driven by some of the most mediocre pet peeves possible like caring if the burn damage was done all together or in the course of the match.

Check how well these decks performs vs class that get armor to see how finite and easily countered their dmg isâŚ
Not to mention crap like slow priest deck is doing pretty well against these.
Do not understimate burst vs heal compared to chip sustained dmg vs heal. And finite limited dmg vs armor stacking compared to insanely scaling or infinite dmg vs armor stacking
In short there game deal with it? Why would they have to answer to you? They donât have to be âheld accountableâ when you are forcing yourself to play their game.

But I can list years of mage cards that have been nerfed for âreasonsâ, only to see similar, or in some cases, almost exactly the same effects given to other classes that not only were you not offended by, you in fact, defended those cards, even though they are the same in function as what was stripped from mage.

Easy. Shaman is running Frost nova on a stick with a buff for every frozen minion.
But Freeze mage was âuninteractive and unfunâ.
Ice Block could have been HOF and Freeze mage left alone, but no.
Instead; Team 5 waits for the incredibly short memories of players to fade and gives shaman the same playstyle.
Thatâs no playstyle. Thatâs a bit comparable effect of a single card. Itâs way more close to mage frost nova on stick than to frost nova spell.
You can silence or remove it, it freeze whole board, effect is reduced by number of minions,âŚ
And it isnât actually used to setup some 60 dmg otk.
So you have a point. With some fantasy you can compare this card to mage card. The playstyle is completely different.

I am saying you are comparing cards in vacuum and completely missing to list any playstyle relative stuff.
You realize non of those things are supported in judeo-christian values? People claim a lot of things that arent true, especially hypocrits. Naming a bunch of bad things people did doesnt prove anything except that people in power will commit countless atrocities if they are allowed regardless of the moral fabric they espouse. I would actually love if we could really have a peaceful life with other human beings but in the end of the day many people are just incapable of not trying to impose their values over others at ANY cost .

But it isnât a vacuum. If two people arrive at the same destination at the same time, then the vehicles they are in make no difference.
That is my point. And it has been for years.
Burn from hand is now used by at least two or three other classes, but it was too good for mage.
Freeze and stall were too good for mage, but theyâre fine for Shaman.
I could go on and on, but I would only be repeating what I have said countless times.

Mage still has access to freeze.
Thus everything is same and there is no reason go qq.
