Played Crane Game twice over two games with only Sargeras and one other demon, did not summon Sargeras.
This is a widely reported bug with Crane Game. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
However even if it had worked you would not have been able to use his abilities, because they depend on you having the Twisting Nether portal on the board, which only happens as a battlecry.
