Never crafted one since I am free to play and don’t have the resources, but I did get kargarath as a golden and oh boy do his two forms look awesome

Actually, yeah, they do bother me a lot. That’s why I don’t play warlock or demon hunter.

I think my first was gold madam goya to be not meta and all stylish fly.
The card is so bad tho that it was a challenge to get it to even see play let alone do something positive in the match.
I dont like the gold wing on gold legendaries, it’s massive, shiny, and overpowers the artwork you paid for, whereas normal gold cards dont have that humungous and obnoxious gold wing curving to the side like a moon in mario but since it’s yellow it’s like a sun. lol. The sun beams your eyes away from the artwork its like “tssss” and then you go “owww” and you want your raybans or oakleys if you’re too cool for raybans since they were very 2012 or so but secretly maui jims are the best but they’re 300 on up so nobody can afford that sh in 2021 let alone ever. anyway where was i?
So keep that in mind OP, if you don’t like the gold border and how big it is vs the artwork, dont craft gold legendaries. I would have crafted probably like 1 or 2 whole time w the game if i would of realized how much that giant gold wing takes away from the artwork, if only it were 1/2 the size. Sometimes the giant gold shiny arch covers up the card next to it and like everyone has to pass out from vision fatigue. No im just kidding but it is redic too big.
I definitely don’t suggest crafting gold legendaries, if i could do it over i’d spend that dust on gold commons and blues. You’d get way more gold cards per match, and honestly nobody chooses to use gold cards so having a gold frostbolt is just as rare, if not rarer, than gold like legendaries. It’s not mathematically rarer but play-rarer, and cheaper 2x gold bolts is like 800 and that’s 2400 cheaper than the gold legendary. Gold legendaries usually sit in hand, gold commons and blues don’t. This is a mega overlooked point, you want to PLAY your gold card, and legendaries are the most unplayable cards right bc the match has to let them be playable, unlike say a 1 or 2 cost gold common or gold blue.
I’d also add if you are a mage player in any way, mage always gets the best looking artwork gold. Its bc it’s the spellbased class and spells are easier to make look super cool and magical than a minion card.
Of course I wouldn’t do that. I believe in loving all people as part of God’s family.
Yeah, I’ve also noticed the gold wing is unnecessarily large and takes away from the art work. Luckily I only have 1 more gold legendary to make and that won’t be anytime soon. Unfortunately I need 14 rare cards so that will take some time being 800 dust a pop. Might finish my deck in 3 or 4 years lol. Also kinda fun to have something to work towards, even if it’s as crazy as making all my disco cards gold.
Glad i could help, trust me it took me 5 years or something crazy to be like “gold legendendaries look like, wack, like i can’t even recall many of them, why is this?” then its like “oh, it’s this gigantic gold wing thing that’s glare is blinding my eyes from seeing the artwork on board”. I mean why wear a ls shirt to cover up your brand new tattoo right that’s kind of the thinking. It would be SO cool if it exploded when the card is attacked like it’s a shield they have to get through first to damage the minion. The gold legendary border is like 5x bigger than divine shield and provides no benefit lol. WE should be able to like plant a garden on it and watch things grow off it it’s so huge its like an acre big. Like the farm sim games could be played just on the gold legendary border.
I’m semi religious as well but it’s okay to separate reality from fiction. I find Guldan to be one of my favorite villains and enjoy the fictional demon art work the artists have spent countless hours on. You do you though. I will say that you shouldn’t take comments so seriously. I’ve won over 1700 ranked games with the Warlock class so in a way I have “sold my soul to Guldan”. I don’t find any other class that appealing to play. I like the low cost demon zoo playstyle.

Whenever I like a card I craft them in golden.
I crafted so many legendary and non legendary cards like the priest Galakrond and the support cards or cards like
Kazakus, N’zoth, DK Rexxar, Dr. Boom neutral and hero card, Ragnaros, Zephrys, Hagatha, Gul’dan, Sir Finley from LoE, disenchanted him back then cause I thought it was crap, crafted him again a couple of years later, golden of course. 
I don’t know, there’s so many more cards I crafted golden, I’ve lost count.

I tried playing warlock but I couldn’t shake a feeling of disgust in my spirit. I felt defiled by playing it.
