Counterfeit Blade: Two Issues in One Game

I drew and triggered a Kobold Illusionist with Sketchy Information.
I played Plagued Protodrake.
My opponent Polymorphed the Protodrake.

I played Counterfeit Blade. It took the deathrattle of the Sheep.
I broke my weapon and it summoned an 8-cost minion as if I used the Protodrake’s deathrattle.

Later, I played another Protodrake.
I Necrium Vialed the dragon, and one of the minions it summoned was a Giant Anaconda.
I played another Counterfeit Blade, and it selected the Giant Anaconda’s deathrattle even though it never triggered.

I can second that this weapon is full of bug. I saw other posts on the net too, but in my case, it adopted Khartut’s deathrattle when it was never triggered in the game. I played Khartut but he remained on the field without a scratch. So, apparently this weapon adopts deathrattle of a card that “appeared” in the game. Another online post said theirs adopted deathrattle of discover option cards that they didn’t even pick… This is all messed up.
