Dear Blizzard Support,
I recently encountered a frustrating issue during a match. I played against a player who used a specific combo against me, and it successfully dealt lethal damage, resulting in my loss. However, when I attempted to use the exact same combo in a later game, it didn’t deal any damage to the enemy hero at all – only the minions were affected.
This strange inconsistency has occurred more than once, and it clearly had a significant impact on the outcome of the matches, causing me to lose games that I might have otherwise won. the combo was shudderblock to triple aessina battlecry to do 60 damage split between all enemies, but sadly the effect animation works but without any damage to enemy hero.
I believe this may be a bug, and I hope you can look into it and provide a resolution. Thank you for your time and support.
