Could you MAYBE not have random targets always hit face?

Getting rather annoyed at the amount of times, spells that target random enemies, ALWAYS hit the exact enemy they need to hit to stop something from happening?

5 health left, Ricochet shot hits my face with 6 minions on board.

Big Minion and several babies? Star Power hits my big guy three times.
