Grim Patron still gives Corpses with Corpse Explosion…
What actual bug are you reporting?
Are you saying that casting Corpse Explosion with a Grim Patron in play gives a corpse, even when nothing died?
Are you saying that a single Patron can give multiple Corpses?
Grim Patrons give corpses when they shouldn’t generate corpses.
The Patrons were banned in Wild and got unbanned with a hotfix, that didn’t work.

This was only a temporary change. It was changed again later to give corpses again.

What was the point of the ban and hotfix then?
The point was to stop use of the card while it was adjusted. It used to chain infinitely, now it has a cap on the number of times the effect can go off
