You donāt need anything as rogue to clear board.
Lackeys and small buffs clear literally everything but large minions.
If a large minion does come down, you have multiple single target removal options at your disposal (1 mana Black Jack Stunner/ 2 mana Sap?)ā¦many of which, are DISCOVERABLE.
Oh, and that secret that gives you a 2/3 poison minionā¦thereby proactively neutralizing any big minion from coming down.
Rogue is just fine on board clear. I didnāt even mention Flik, Kronx, Heistbaron or shadow-step.

Board Control does matter because with board control you can start the snowball. Control is non existent because once a player starts to snowball it takes a RNG clown fiesta to turn it around. Gone are the times where just a well timed AoE is enough. The card generation allows people to just keep vomitiing their hand and even if they get wipe it doesnāt matter because they have a full hand to refill. Overextending isnāt a thing when you still have a full hand or easy reload that comes with Mana discounts included. The game was much better in the earlier expansions because the snowballs were smaller and the swings happened more through playing well instead of dice rolling clown fiesta RNG. Then everything power creeped and now we have snowballs that are only getting larger and you need more ridiculous RNG or insane mana discounts to break the snowballs.

Lackeys dont need a rotate out just the discover mechanism. DQA needs the cards generated to change from 0 to 1. And agreed about Zeph 100%
Declare blockers needs to have been a thing years ago. So many brain dead players would stop winning from the inability to just go face all day long. Change taunt to block multiple
Quest is more akin to combo than control.
This guy has it nailed. Otherwise Box mage would lose way more than it does. Iāve been at 30 hp and the opponent mage at 2 and he still wins after boxing away the board
while gaining a much of box summoned minions and then playing his mini-box-with-upgrades minion.
Turn 5 Druid making the board full off 2/2 is not fine even with buff sometimes
