Don’t worry, although there are a few wild cards, you won’t have to spend too much dust on this deck
Essentially, your mission is to draw tons of cards by pairing Wild Pyromancer with Northshire Cleric or Acolyte of Pain to assemble a 5 card combo. The cards you require are:
Test Subject
Radiant Elemental
Knife Juggler
Embalming Ritual
Topsy Turvy/Forbidden Words/Holy Smite
Play all 3 minions, then cast Embalming Ritual on your Test Subject. Kill the Test Subject with any of the other spells mentioned. (I personally like to use Topsy Turvy since it can also be used as a cheap card for Wild Pyro) Rinse and repeat until the boss is dead.
My deck isn’t the most optimized because I’m too cheap to craft more cards, so there definitely is room for improvement.

Doing something similar, only I don’t use the Northsire + Wild Pyromancer stuff at all. I get the combo 100% of my games so far, so I’m not going to risk changing stuff for another combo on top of that. I’m also using Smite and Forbidden Words on top of Topsy Turvy since they can double as removal.

To be honest, I’d like to know if someone tried this against those 200-life opponents.

There is no timer in single player content (outside a specific encounter in Dalaran Heist chapter 5). The only barrier against making this work would be misclicks or a lack of patience.
Actually, there’s also Deathbringer Saurfang, Professor Putricide, Sindragosa, The Dragonflights, Temple Escape, and Cheiftan Scarvash.
Saurfang can only be damaged by weapons; Putricide’s 3rd phase makes all cards cost 5; Sindragosa forces all your minion’s to essentially become dormant after taking too much damage; The Dragonflights can’t be killed; Temple Escape can’t be killed; and Cheiftan Scarvash’s hero power causes either your minions or spells to cost 11 depending on the turn.
Also, Noth in the Nax adventure is realistically impossible. It gets to the point where you only have a 1/8 chance of hitting the hero with a knife.
I don’t have Blackrock Mountain, so I don’t know if any bosses there are impossible with this combo
There are also some bosses that require a very specific build. For instance, I did Free Medivh with this combo, but in order to pull that off I built a very Taunt-heavy deck (with 3+ ATK or Poisonous so they can all OHKO the Orc Warriors) so I’d be able to stall at Nazra to collect the combo pieces for Malchezaar but still manage to beat her without having to use the combo.

I don’t know exactly what you’re having trouble with, so I explained multiple things about the deck. Scroll through and see if I covered it. If I didn’t, let me know and I’ll try to help with it.
If you don’t know how the combo works, Test Subject returns all spells you casted on it when it dies. Embalming Ritual allows it to be resummoned when destroyed and Topsy Turvy destroys the Test Subject since it has 0 attack. By playing Embalming Ritual then Topsy Turvy, you can infinitely ressummon the Test Subject since the Test Subject returns those spells to your hand each time it is destroyed. Each time that your Test Subject is resummoned, it causes the Knife Juggler to deal 1 damage to a random enemy. Radiant Elemental reduces the cost of your Embalming Ritual to 0 so that you could play it infinitely to slowly kill the opponent.
If you’re having trouble with your opening hand, remember to always reshuffle any combo pieces in your opening hand. Prioritize card draw (Also keep Wild Pyromancer since it can be used alongside other card draw) over everything else unless a certain card is particularly useful against the boss.
If you’re having trouble drawing the combo, remember to be patient and not to waste important card draw options like Wild Pyromancer or Northshire Cleric. If you don’t have much card draw in your hand, don’t play your Northshire Cleric until you have cards to combo it with.
If you’re having trouble surviving against certain bosses, swap out cards in the deck to better suit the boss. Replace Silence with Shadow Word: Death against bosses that can get big minions out early like Galakrond; replace Penance with Shadow Word: Pain if you find that the boss plays a lot of high health but low attack minions; etc.
