Accidentally pressed the surrender button and did not ask for confirmation, but the game should be won, please add a confirmation function when you press the SUBMIT button!
The problem with new features in software is determining need vs impact. For every 1 misclick there are thousands upon thousands of people who meant to concede. Adding an extra step slows and annoys those people. Not adding it means one misclick is a learning experience which is unlikely to be repeated. Especially since buttons are clearly labeled.
