If opponent plays Commander Ulthak and you start your next turn with Solid Alibi, you still take full damage for playing your cards instead of it being overridden by solid alibi and reducing it to 1damage
They made a rule change a little while ago, so that “paying health” is not the same thing as “taking damage”.
No bug here.
